lol,just came back from SILAT training
AFTER WEEKS OF ABSENCE : i found myself for the first time WORNOUT!

HAH, todays training was all kicks.
KIck here, kick there.

HAHA ,WAS SURPISED THAT MY SABIT ( HALF MOON KICK) HAD IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY!!

i mean last time when i kicked the instructors will call me weak and scold me.
NOW hey commented on my kicks.
